Hook & Ladder Coffees and Wine Co. is proudly owned and operated by Bill and Lauri Weske. The business was originally founded through a shared vision with Jon and Pam Reese, rooted in a love for community, family, faith, and bringing people together over great coffee and wine.

Today, Bill and Lauri carry that vision forward, building on the foundation that started it all.

Bill is a retired Assistant Fire Chief who served the community for 33 years. His dedication and leadership were evident throughout his career. Lauri, a nurse by profession, brings that same level of care and commitment into every aspect of the business.

The Hook & Ladder name is a tribute to the thousands of men and women who serve in public safety every day. Bill’s proudest professional achievement was leading some of the very best firefighters anywhere, and that same pride now shows up in how they serve the Wichita Falls community.

Our coffee is always small-batch, artisan roasted right here in our shop, and our wine comes from the first urban winery in our area. Come join us for some of the best coffee and wine Wichita Falls has to offer.
