Hook & Ladder

Hook & Ladder Coffees and Wine Co. is proudly owned and operated by Bill and Lauri Weske, and was originally founded alongside Jon and Pam Reese. The idea of roasting delicious, easy-drinking coffee and serving exquisite wine straight from a local urban winery was born out of a shared love for business, community, family, faith, and fun.

Jon retired as Fire Chief after 35 years of service and now works for the State of Texas. Pam continues to support business and team development for the winery.

Bill is a retired Assistant Fire Chief who served the community for 33 years. His dedication and love for the fire service were evident throughout his career. Lauri is a nurse, bringing that same level of care and commitment into everything they do.

The theme of Hook & Ladder celebrates the thousands of men and women around the world who serve in public safety each and every day. Bill and Jon’s proudest professional achievement was leading some of the very best firefighters anywhere. Today, that same pride carries forward into serving the Wichita Falls community through great coffee and wine.

Our coffee is always small-batch, artisan roasted right here in our shop, and our wine comes from the first urban winery in our area. Come join us for some of the best coffee and wine Wichita Falls has to offer.
