Our goal at Hook & Ladder Coffee Co. is to ensure customers receive excellent service, amazing coffee, and that you are satisfied with every purchase. Coffee is our happy place. We want to make sure your experiences with us bring you to the same place!
Coffee Purchases – Both our ground and whole bean coffees are perishable products. We roast by the order. For these reasons we are not able to accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase! That being said, if you have any problems with your purchase we want to help! Contact us within 30 days of your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do everything we can to make you a happy customer!
Other Products and Services – For products and services other than coffee, if you have an issue please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will be thrilled to look into returns or exchanges, and will do everything we can to make sure you are thrilled with your purchase! Simply reach out to our email: email@example.com.
